Hi guys,

I am unable to get my Yealink T57W to provision with 3CX cloud. I have followed the configuration guide (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/yealink-t5-series/) but it will not provision not matter what I try. I can see in the event log "RPS request for Yealink (MAC:XXXXXXXX) IP Phone of USER delivered successfully" but the phone does not do anything after this. Looking at the phone web UI, the Register Status says "Register Failed". The phone is running the latest firmware from 3cx (96.86.0.81). I have factory reset the phone a number of times, deleted the user and re-added. I have removed the checkbox of Block remote non-tunnel connections on the user but it still will not provision.

Any ideas?

Thanks

1. Delete phone and add again but when adding the phone you have to choose the option "Connect Directly" to make it a router phone.

2. Make sure the phone is connected via LAN cable, not WiFi

3. Now factory reset again and wait: provisioning did indeed happen if you also see the yellow message along with the RPS message.

If it still doesn't connect after this, perhaps something on your network is blocking the phone from reaching the 3CX tunnel.

The Voice and Chat page should have the phone's SBC in green if you were successful
