Yealink T58 UDP/TCP + Video

Hello,
We use the Yealink T58 for video calls from the door control, I can add and provision the phone with 3CX, but it will only make outgoing calls if the setting Settings>Video>Video Active is set to 'OPTIONAL' or setting the SIP transport protocol to TCP.

How do I change BOTH settings in the template?
I have found the below, and tried 0 through 3 after the =, but it never changes from UDP...

#The following parameters are available only using latest V80 firmware
account.1.update_sip_call_id =
account.1.dial_tone =
account.1.sip_server.1.transport_type =
account.1.sip_server.2.transport_type =

I cannot find anything in the template for the video setting.

Any help would be great, as, after every reboot, I'm having to change these settings manually.

Try doing it the other way, make the changes on the phone and export the settings to see if you can find the correct parameter

Another option remove the provisioning url from the phone web frontend, this means the phone will never provision from 3CX, does mean you need to make changes manually
