Hi 3CX Community,

we have a problem with the Yealink T58A phones, we have 2 of them. We can't make an outgoing call. With external outgoing call nothing happens (it doesn't even ring) and in the log we get

30.06.2020 17:48:50 - Call to T:Line:10000>>+49179xxxxxxxx@[Dev:sip:[email protected]] from L:25.1[Extn:33] failed, cause: Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local
30.06.2020 17:48:50 - [CM503003]: Call(C:25): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

If we use the 3CX app in Windows, on the mobile phone or even another stationary phone (Snom 320) with this account, everything works fine and we can call out.

Only the Yealink does not work. A new account/extension hasn't worked either, so incoming calls and internal calls from the Yealink work fine. It does not matter whether the telephones have been provisioned by the system or configured manually.

We have 3CX version 16.0.5.619, but we have been experiencing this problem since we started with 16.0.4

Yealink FW: 58.85.0.5 (but older the sam effect)..

Any ideas?

Best regards
Sven

Since internal, and incoming calls are working, my first suspicions would be the digits sent (I see a +)and perhaps the codecs used. Without knowing how your network is set-up (are these sets local to the server?), everything is a guess. Have you set the Activity Log to Verbose to see if that provides additional information that may be useful?
