I have these 2 phones connected to a remote 3CX system (using remote STUN). The phones will do audio calls no problem, but according to the manual, I should be able to hit the Video Call button. This button does not show up on the screen as an option. We have video enabled and the camera works but no video call button is available. how do we enable this feature or is this a configuration in 3CX that needs to be enabled?

I would log into the Web Gui and poke around.
Because you are using STUN - are the extensions set to PBX delivers audio?

Just throwing out some ideas.

Hello @Scot Turner

There is an option in the web interface of the phone to enable the video on outgoing calls. I believe its under Settings / Video. Try switching the first choice to Optional. Please note that this is not configured by the 3CX default template and it will not enable the video option for incoming calls.
