Hello,

does anyone knows Yealink Vendor Specific Info for DHCP Option 43 ?

I need to see the devices in management console from different subnets.

I have set up DHCP Option 66. For my research they need additional DHCP Option 43 to be displayed on management console.

When an IP Phone registers, it shows up in the 3CX MC. When it's unregistered it will not show up. It doesn't matter from which subnet or even if over the internet - registered controls if it shows in the MC.*

*Also devices discovered via PnP will show up, but that's limited to same broadcast domain unless you have helpers involved and the broadcast is retransmitted.

*It's possible for a phone to show up even if it's not registered for a short period of time, but not expected to persist for long.

What's the actual issue you are trying to solve?

My issue is when i am trying to see a new device in the management console from different subnet than 3CX Server, new devices cannot be showed automatically.

I am refer to a new devices. First attempt to be registered.

DHCP Options will not help you in this regard. What you need to do is allow multicast messages to go across subnets.

Specifically 224.0.1.75 for PnP

Learn more here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/plug-and-play-ip-phone/

PS: The DHCP Options do the equivalent of pasting a provisioning URL in the phone. So this is not what you are looking for.
