Hi 3CX

We have an hospitality customer looking to switch to 3CX

They want a Video Phone for their un manned reception areas

Which model is fully supported by 3CX?

Or would you recommend using an Android Tablet with the 3CX Soft Client

These would like to have a face to face presence

Hi,

You can take a look at Yealink's T58W if you want a video phone.

The webclient / desktop app are also capable of this, but they require a PC with a webcam and headset.

The Yealinks can negotiate a video connection between themselves, they are probably the simpler solution depending on what you plan on doing with them.
