Yealink W52P auto provision problem

Hello,

I have the Yealink DECT W52P device and i tried to provision it with provision link method. When i press 'autoprovision now' the configuration is not loaded on device. I tried another yealink device (t46g) and the auto provisioning works ok. What is the problem? Are these models (W52P) have any issues? Thanks

Hi there,
Are you running latest firmware available for this device ? check manufacturer site, and if required please update and see if issue persists.
Is this a local extension by the way?
