Yealink W52P Won't Provision

I'm running 3CX version 15 SP 2 and I'm trying to configure a yealink W52P cordless phone to work via remote STUN setup. I have been unable to get the phone to provision so far.

Have you updated the Base station's firmware to the version supported by 3CX?

When I obtained this phone I first had to use the devices own web based update tool to update to the supported firmware.

Once done, it provisioned fine.

I have updated bath the base station firmware and the handset firmware. I was finally able to get the phone to provision after doing a factory reset and removing it and then adding it back to the extension.
