Hope someone can shed some light or has a similar experience, when piloting I had a number of issue using generic routers in a test environment where all handsets registered on W60B (7 of them) and HT814 (2 of them) would not re-register, after a Network Drop,. (for Info Yealink T46s always came back no problems.)
The resolve in all cases was to Factory Default and Re-provision and all would register immediately.
Put in a production environment with Meraki Router and GSM back up and thought I had cracked it with no problems over the last 8 weeks
However all W60B handsets and HT814 Registration failed yesterday around 19:00 from the logs and only realised they were not working late this afternoon, Firmware update on the HT814 brought the ATA extensions back in, but the W60B need a factory default and re-provision to bring the extensions back (tried disabling accounts etc)
The second finding I had is that if I failover to the GSM back up
The Yealink T46S all register and operate normally, the Handset on the W60B and HT814 ATA devices report registration failed, if I restore the primary connection all devices registered successfully.
I'm a little concerned as the ATA's carry critical devices (access / entry systems) and not knowing they are not successfully registered is a problem (I turned alerts for registration off as the mobile users devices register / de-register so frequently it became a bit overwhelming
If anyone can shed any light or provide any guidance I would be great full
