Hi there,
I have had some issues with our W60B base station with 4 portables connected.
First issue which happened a couple of times is the phones would show offline in 3CX, the only other phone on site is a Fanvil X4U that was still up and a PA that was still up.
A restart solved the issue.
I have also updated the base station to the latest firmware along with the handsets, along with resetting them and regenerating credentials.
Another issue was the phones would ring, picking up a call would instantly hang up on the caller and the other portables would keep ringing.
Just today the phones were all showing offline in 3CX, including the Fanvil, restarting again fixed the issue.
The accounts were showing as "registering" in the base station.
I have also been checking the base station logs but find it hard to make sense of them, these three messages were repeated I'm guessing when the issue occurred.
This was over the weekend so I can't 100% confirm this is when the issue arose.
<131>Jul 3 20:49:30 sua [1424.1732]: SIP <3+error > [SIP] <AEM> code=0x04030202, message stun(tls) get mapped addr. ret=70004
<131>Jul 3 20:49:30 sua [1424.1732]: SIP <3+error > [SIP] <AEM> code=0x04030203, stun[1] retry fail. ret=-1, ka_interval=180
<131>Jul 3 20:49:38 sua [1424.1724]: SIP <3+error > [SIP] <AEM> code=0x04030204, message stun. status=370004
The base station is connected to 3CX via STUN, SIP alg is off on the Draytek 2133n.
I cannot see any logs under the event viewer or activity monitor that seem to correlate.
Everytime a restart has fixed the issue, I am thinking maybe something needs to be changed / added on the router but other sites with the same router have no issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
