Hello. I have an install with eight Yealink T42s phones and we changed the ringer to differentiate between external and internal calls.
We have one user that needs a wireless phone at home. We purchased and setup the W60B (base) with W56H handsets. However, we can't seem to figure how to to change the ringer to differentiate between internal and external calls. This is a huge problem for this user because she is legally blind and cannot see the screen.
Has anyone had success changing the ringer for this phone? The manual says I can change the ringtone for "intercom" calls, but that doesn't seem to change anything if any one local extension calls this extension. It's the same ringer as external calls.
