Yealink WH63 UC Issues

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a compatibility problem with the Yealink WH63 US in where pressing the Answer button (aka Computer button) does nothing at all? It is supposed to be able to answer and hang up on calls but despite having the Yealink USB Connect software running and using the latest firmware version it simply just does not work.

I notice the base ringer also does not work despite it being enabled.

I am running the 3CX Windows Desktop Client on V18
The WH63 UC is on firmware 104.432.0.15

have you setup the headset intergation in the 3CX Destop client to yealink?
 
Also, check that the audio options all point to the Headset from under the webclient/desktop app > settings > Audio/video settings and ensure that the headset base is in UC mode, Not teams mode. And as @Sander Foekema mentioned, choose the headset under the integration option. You may also try installing USB connect from Yealink to check settings.
