Yealink has great compatibility with 3CX.

Will there be compatibility with 3CX for Windows and the new Yealink DECT Wireless Headsets WH62, WH63, WH66, WH67?

I am using the W66, but no info is showen on the screen.
The headset is great for 3cx exept of the fact that you cant see who is calling.

In v18 there is a full support of teams, when you will use the 3cx teams intergration then the information will be showen on the headset display.

lastest v18 says it supports the new range of Yealink headsets, but I am still using v16, so I got a plugin from my Yealink vendor and installed it on my PC, now my W56 headset can work with 3CX

I have attached the plugin here

This was already working in v16, but this plugin is the same as the one posted here a few weeks ago. what we need is a full intergrated plugin that shows info on the wh66 and full integrate with the yealink usb connect

Can you answer calls using the button on the headset? I have installed the plugin and configured it with 3CX Phone for Windows but the button operates Teams only.

Have you tried closing/exiting the Teams client and then re-launching the 3CX Phone client?

Generally the full integration is not ready yet on our end, this plugin is something Yealink has released on a best effort basis.

I have a WH67 setup on our V16 3CX and you can answer and hang-up calls using the button on the headset using Windows desktop client. The plugin is needed. You can hang-up calls from the display use volume etc. but you cant use the dial pad. There are a couple of things I found; first the Yealink headset "settings" must be set to "UC" mode not Teams. The button on the headset will still open Teams if there is no live call coming in, but if a call is ringing in the 3CX client then the button on the headset will answer the call.

I'm not sure whether there's any integration in V18 for Yealink Headsets at all. We just upgradet to V18, and we are using a couple of Yealink WH66 here. However, so far even with the new 3cx Windows App, it seems not possible to accept calls with the Headset (and, of course, there's no integration like dialer etc at all).

However, when reading the blog post exactly, I think it says that

will come with V18.1 (or whatever it will be called), as it says

This does work, but you need the plugin installed in combination with the old 3cx windows client.
