We recently jumped from an old Nortel system to 3CX, and I am hitting some bumps in transitioning the users. Where before they could perform all functions from the phones, I am asking them to use the computer UI of 3CX for Windows. We are using Yealink desk phones, which is good for most users, but I am find a way to merge BLF+Intercom+Directed pickup in one button. I also need a way to incorporate the take/divert functions into the deskphone.
Does anyone have any experience in making XML applications and would these functions be possible?
