Solved Yealink_phonebook.xml empty

Hello!

We are on the latest version of V20 U6 with an Enterprise license on AWS Lightsail.

We are having an issue in which the remote phonebook is empty on our Yealink T58/T54W handsets, on checking the URL of our instance the yealink_phonebook.xml is empty, showing only: <XXXIPPhoneDirectory/> There are entries on the main phonebook.

Is there something I am missing? I do recall this working, but cannot recall if this was when we updated to a version of V20. Can confirm it was working on V18.

It's a limitation when you enable multi company mode.

Hi John,

Thanks for confirming, we've reverted back to Single Tenant mode and have the phonebook back, the MT mode was for testing at that time, so no longer needed.
