I have a situation with a YeaStar TA800 which is 'odd'.
I have successfully configured it to talk to 3CX, and we currently have two analogue phones connected to the TA800 (Exts 121 and 122).
I can make a call from either extension to my extension, and they both work fine, showing me which number called me.
However, whether I dial 121 or 122, it is always ext 121 that rings.
All other extensions are working fine both ways (3CX app on Android both on WiFi and externally on 4G, plus all the digital phones which are hardwired).
I am as certain as I can be that there is nothing special about Ext 121 or Ext 122 in terms of the 3CX setup, and I have completely removed both (actually 117 and 118 before), and re-setup from scratch with the same results.
I am guessing that there is some setting, either in 3CX or the TA800 that I need to configure to get it to work, but I don't know what.
Can anyone suggest where I should be looking?
