Yeastar TG1600 compatible devices

Hello Community,

I'm new to 3CX and even the VoIP community. I'd like to ask, if where I can check the URL to 3cx device's compatibility.

We're planning to buy support to resolve the issue on yeastar tg1600 outbound calls. When I check 3cx shop "Buying Support", it stated there wherein 3cx does not assist with installation or troubleshooting unsupported scenarios, providers, or devices. I'm routed here to the community to check and get an idea befor buying the 3cx support.

I can't say that we're not proficient in 3cx

The simple answer is the yeastar tg1600 is not supported at all from 3cx, however maybe someone here will be able to help with your issue.
