My hosted 3CX looks fine but i cannot make any outgoing calls from any of my accounts

Looking at the logs it seems that i am being classed as calling an international number when this is not the case, I am only trying to dial my own UK mobile for testing, but any UK number comes back with the audible error message "You are not able to make this call please contact your system administrator for assistance"

Things i have checked:

SIP installation (cross checked with a friends working install that uses same SIP)
Disable outgoing calls - for all users this is unchecked
Enabled/Allowed all international calls

Can anyone offer advise ?

Are you dialing with +44 ?

No, just standard number dialing starting with 0, not +44, if i try with +44 i get a voice prompt saying "destination is not available, not registered or there are no routes available"

If i tell 3CX to call my mobile too, when you dial into the digital receptionist and select your user (with a mobile) you get the same message:

You are not able to make this call please contact your system administrator for assistance​

Then the call hangs up, just it does trying to call from the mobile app or handset

Can you please also check the configuration under Advanced<<E164?
If you disable E164, are you able to make the call?

No, still same with E164 disabled

This same with both trying 0044 and +44​
