how can i solve it?

Hi @mohamed hamed,

In your 3CX Management Console >> Settings >> Network >> Set the "External IP Configuration" to Dynamic.

Restart your services from the Dashboard.

Give it a few minutes (15 - 30 minutes) and check again.

The webpage at https://domain.3cx.co.za/join/NAJjkz3CWPVDx8b3NUZPm7OX?embed=true might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

this message appear at webclient->webmeeting after switch it to dynamic and still network error

may be this issue related to parameter WEBMEETING_FQDN value ?

the value is same as FQDN of the server
