Zabbix Monitoring via SNMP - Self Hosted

Hi all,

We're trying to configure Zabbix to do simple monitoring of VMs running 3CX. However, it looks like the OIDs required for SNMP don't match up.
Connection is live - and we can see traffic on the interfaces. However, do CPU/RAM info etc.

Does anybody have any experience with montioring 3CX ISO built VMs with Zabbix? Any quirks you're aware of?
