Zammad Integration Template

I am currently integrating a Zammad CRM to 3CX v18. I created this template using wizard in CRM generator. When I upload the file and do the testing, I receive this error. I also tried adding in the search?query=[PhoneBusiness] in the Matching scenario URL but same issue.



I also attached my template here, hopefully someone can help me to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

Looks like you're missing the authentication for their API. I'm not sure which authentication mechanism this product supports, but you will need to add some credentials or token somewhere... You will need to investigate their documentation about it.
