Zendesk CRM Intergration Error

Hi All,

I am facing an error when doing CRM Integration for Zendesk as picture shown below:



I am certain that I have entered Zendesk login email and password correctly and follow every single step on this guide below.

Unfortunately, I am keep getting the same error above. Funny thing is, when I entered different Zendesk login credential and test it, it works perfectly.

Please advise

Well, the error is clear. Are you logging in to Zendesk using your Google account for example? Or other authentication provider? You need to login with user and password for this to work...
