I have been trying to setup my Zingo VOIP account to work with C3X. I have been able to setup my internal phones successfully but outbound calling does not work. I've created an outbound rule with my extensions and prefix of 9. But the calls are still not being routed out. Has any succesfully setup 3CX with Zingo? I've tried to work 3cx several times with different VOIP provides but I've never really got it to work sucessfully 100%.
Also whenever I try to route calls to a digital recepionist it ignores my calls. But when I call the digital recepionist from my internal phones it works?
My proxy is sip1.whistlertel.com and port 5060. My 3cx server is in the DMZ as well.
