Hi every one, we recently update our 3CX to version 16 and we are trying to integrate with ZOHO CRM, in order to do that I follow up the instructions in this page: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-crm-integration-zoho/ but when I try to test the configuration I having this error:

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_MODULE","details":{},"message":"the module name given seems to be invalid","status":"error"}

Reviewing the log details of the test and I can see that the first request to refresh the token is successful the error jumps in when the 3CX try to consume the rest service to get the information of a number.

Can anyone help, please? I'm out of ideas. I'm attaching an image with the error.

The module name in that case is "Accounts" and that's a standard module. Do you have customizations in place in your Zoho installation by any chance? I have seen this issue when you use custom entities, instead of the standard ones.

Another option could be related to permissions, you should check that the user configured in 3CX has permissions to access those entities.
