Dear,

I have done the integration with Zoho successfully but I have some notes :

- I can't listen and play recorded calls from Zoho! is that possible to listen to call and play from Zoho not only just appears the number of inbound contact.
-How can I make a call directly from Zoho CRM by using 3CX?
-is there away to answer the call from Zoho CRM?

No, this functionality is not provided by the integration.

You need to use click to call with the 3CX Desktop App.

-is there away to answer the call from Zoho CRM?

No, you need to use the 3CX clients for that.
