ZOHO Integration - INVALID MODULE

Hello,
I've set up the Zoho CRM Integration by following the instructions here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-crm-integration-zoho/. Everything on both 3CX and the Zoho side looks to be set up correctly. I didn't have any issues or error from the setup but it's not working as it should. It's like it's not integrated. There is no pop up on incoming calls and outbound calls aren't being logged. The API name looks to be fine. When I press the "Test" button in the CRM Provider Configuration in 3CX I receive this error: Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_MODULE","details":{},"message":"the module name given seems to be invalid","status":"error"}. I've tried refreshing the token, restarting the services, restarting the cloud server. Zoho support stated that everything looked correct on their end but it's not communicating with 3CX. Has anyone had this issue or know what might be causing it? Also our 3CX is on version 16.0.910

Can you please provide the full text that is included in the Log window when you do that test?

Do you have a valid Zoho CRM account? Please note that Zoho has other products, so the authentication might succeed, but then when we try to access the CRM entities, they're not available...

This issue has been resolved. Just in case anyone else is experiencing this type of issue, what was causing it was that the needed modules and fields in Zoho weren't visible. The Contacts and Leads modules need to be visible in Zoho, otherwise, you receive that error.

I believe that the Contacts and Leads modules need these fields to be visible to search:
Contacts Module: Phone, Mobile, Home_Phone, Asst_Phone, Other_Phone, Fax
Leads Module: Phone, Mobile, Fax
Otherwise, you will receive an error for "INVALID_QUERY" and the reason will give you which field isn't visible.

Everything seems to be working as it should now.
