Zoho Integration

Hi,

It's my understanding that 3CX does not integrate fully with Zoho, specifically with their phonebridge.....

Is this likely to change or is there a way to work in this functionality?

You're correct, we don't have a PhoneBridge integration at the moment.

While not a deal-breaker, I came to 3CX because of the "integration." It wasn't clear what that meant until this post. It would have been nice to have this disclosed when you are saying you are "integrated."

Thanks for pointing that out, but that thread is 2 years old and not relevant to the new Zoho Phonebridge product.
