Guys, I'm using Zoiper 5 as a client on Linux and I can not connect to Zoiper. Do I need to configure anything specific?
Zoiper does not find SIP protocols

Did you leave the SIP port on 3cx as the standard 5060? If not, when you entered the domain in Zoiper, did you append the :<portnumber> to the IP/FQDN?

Yes, yes, I kept the standard door.
3cx Client on windows successfully connects.
I'm using the login form:
[email protected]
and I also tried
304, 194, 168, 240, 5060 and
304, 191, 168, 240, 5090 and

[email protected]: 5060

but I can not connect the zoiper

tks

I don't have Zoiper for Linux - only one thing occurs to me, have you checked to make sure in your attempts to authenticate that the client IP address hasn't been blacklisted by the 3cx server?

I am able to connect Zoiper5 from my windows PC both by FQDN and IP address so it definitely *should* work :(

Blacklist also has nothing.
I also tried connecting the Zoiper from a computer with windows and it did not work ... :(

Thanks for the strength, I found out what I was doing wrong, I was not putting "Optional SIP credentials".
Besides the user and password, I do not know why Zoiper needed this information to connect to 3CX.

Thank you
