I don’t know if anyone has a suggestion but this is something that I’m sure did work before.I’m running latest version of 3CX on a raspberry pi with raspbian

I have a zoom ATA 5801 device so that can have dect phones attached to a 3CX system. I’ve set up an extension as a softphone. I can register extension using a soft phone app with no issue. I’ve deregistered in the softphone app.

on the zoom device I’ve put the sip I’d as the extension number, put the auth ID and password in as they are set up on 3CX but the extension doesn’t register.
Any suggestions?

maybe I’m missing something really obvious

What do the logs in 3CX show?

Hi @PaulN

It's not that it will won't work, but we just can't guarantee it as it has not been tested with 3CX. Most SIP enabled devices will most probably work if configured correctly but it will be up to you to figure it out and we cannot supportit if anything goes amiss.

All sorted now, not sure why but the IP address of the 5801 had got blacklisted. Once removed from blacklist all is fine.

No problem Paul! If you need any further assistance, feel free to open a new thread!
