Hello,
I'm needing some help trying to get the ZoomRoom SIP configuration working and having some issues. When the room calls another extension it will ring that extension once and pop up and error on the ipad saying 'the call could not be answered because of an audio device error' Screenshots attached of the phone in 3cx and of the Zoom options along with the servers logs below. Zoom Room is ext. 411, and I'm ext. 121
Anyone have any ideas?
