RTP-实时传输协议
RTCP是实时传输协议的缩写，用来定义在因特网上传输音频和视频的标准包格式，在RFC 1889中予以定义。它由音频和视频传输工作组制订，并于1996年颁布。
RTP和RTCP连接紧密，RTP实施实际数据的传输，RTCP则就服务质量做出反馈。
