    I am at a loss on how to code a .wav file prompt to play. I have the .wav files saves in the "files" section of the Call Processing Script GUI but don't know how to tell the script to reference that. SOLUTION: I used CFD for the whole script and its working properly.

    This has been fixed. We had to delete the trunk in 3CX and re-create it.

    We have the facebook live chat working successfully, however the facebook users name doesn't get passed along, we get a long string of numbers. Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know of a fix?
