That should really be reflected on the supported SIP Phones page.
We advised our client to purchase the supported phones which we now have to tell them isn't supported. Makes us and the solution look unprofessional/foolish and doesn't help their confidence in making a future upgrade sale from...
Hi,
We have a client on a startup plan. After reviewing phone options with them and working off the 3CX supported list (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/), we purchased a Yealink W70.
Where do we add/configure the DECT base station so that we can provision it?
Thanks.
Eric
Ok. I solved my own problem. It seems that the 3CX documentation is missing a step in the Configuring GCM Push. In the API access screen, I actually needed to click the Create New Browser Key... button. There's wasn't one setup by default. I had used the Client ID from that same screen instead...
We're testing the Android v12 client and are experiencing a strange problem. When the android client is running, incoming calls ring on the client and the associated Snom desk phone as expected. When the Android client is exited, incoming calls ring for a quick second on the desk phone and then...
We had a similar problem with our Yealink a couple of years back. See my prior post: http://www.3cx.com/forums/problem-with-yealink-as-external-extension-18452.html
The only thing that works is to remain on the old firmware 2.50.0.50. We just tried upgrading to 2.61.0.80 and we have the same...

Maybe I'm using the wrong guides. When I go to support at the top of the page and then select one of the patton guides, the pages still reference 5.3. See here: http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-sn4960.html. It states the current supported version is 'Smartware 5.3 Build Series...
What's the current SmartWare version supported. The website says 5.3, but I know it was up to 5.4 in 8/2010. Has the version increased?
Thanks,
Eric Mandel
Stepan,
Perfect, concise explanation of the rules. Thanks.
You confirmed my hunch that rebound doesn't apply for ring groups/queues. Can we request that as a new feature in a new version?
Thanks.
Eric
