T74U Handsets & Hold/Resume

I have a new client on a shared tenancy that doesn't like (or want to use) Shared Parking. They really like using the built in Hold/Resume buttons on the handsets themselves. Is there a way to pickup a call on Hold through that process from a different handset?

Call that is placed on hold for the extension is not shated across all extensions therefore this has to be placed to Shared Parking for other users to be able and resume this call.

Thanks, I assumed as much, but thought it worth checking as they were adamant they have staff that can't get their head around the SP concept ‍

I don’t recall if parking orbit https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/ is enabled on multitenant? I don’t think I’ve ever used it since SP is so much easier. You’ve programmed SP BLFs for them?

Yes SP is setup and working with BLF's, but because it's a different workflow to their old phone system, and the users are not particularly tech savvy, change isn't being well accepted ‍ I'll look into parking orbit on multitenant, thanks Steve!
