Reports - Previous Day's Answered & Missed Calls

Good Afternoon,

I'm really hoping someone can help with this as I feel it should be obvious, i just can't see it.

I've a customer who has asked to receive an email daily with a list of anwsered calls and missed calls. I've been able to export various reports but generally they have each step of the call chain and i simply want a list with the time/date, phone number.

Please can someone help me?

Hi @ianandrews

The report that is closest to what you are looking for is the call log report, but as you mentioned, this includes all the steps of the call, and if the customer does not want this, then what you may be able to use is the CDR logs, but the CDR logs are plain text.

You're gonna have to do some data transforming with PowerBI or similar. Or, look at using filtering in Excel with the CSV files you're being emailed.

You could look at using the Grafana Dashboard and make widgets for the data you want to see.Once you've figured that out, it's done and dusted.
