Calls being accidentally answered on enter key

Is there a way to stop the calls being picked up on pressing enter?

When customers are using the chat feature in 3CX, they're accidentally picking up calls.

Customer is Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 670 Alpha)

Also happens for us on the same build too.
