Last stop before final release.

We’re rolling out RC3 to address the last minor fixes ahead of the final Update 9 release.

Fixes in Release Candidate 3

  • VoIP Provider templates - fixed an issue where switching templates could trigger an exception.
  • Dialer - fixed an issue where the dialer would automatically grab focus, causing accidental call pickups.
  • Web Client - fixed delays affecting page navigation performance.
  • Scheduled FTP/FTPS backups - fixed an issue where backups could fail when the connection timed out.

Get Started with V20 Update 9 RC3

To try out these new features, upgrade to RC3:

  1. Log in to the Admin Console
  2. Navigate to System > Updates
  3. Select Update 9 RC 3 and click Download
