Solved Twilio SMS Trunk Creation Error

Hi All,

I'm hoping to get some help with setting up a Twilio trunk for sending/receiving SMS. I have followed the guide (https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/twilio/) and when I get to step 5, I enter the name and hit next, but get the below error.

Does anyone know what this error means or has come across it before? Or if you have any insights into Twilio and if there is anything else I need to setup on that end?

Hi, Twillio wants unique trunk names within it's own environment - change the trunk name to something like Twilio-MyCompany-T1 and give it another go.

Thank you so much Kyriacos, that has done the trick. Good to know it needs a unique name.
