Unable to renew Licences

We are currently unable to renew licences on the portal. I have seen previous threads where others have also been unable to do this and someone at 3CX needed to make a change on the back end system to allow the renewal. Could we please get the same.

Crikey, two for the price of one!

I saw the post but it only mentioned about replacing recently renewed licences, not all renewals. The ones I found on the forum were vague about what the solution was as well.

Strangely as well, the portal systems page shows the licence as being an AI one, not just Ent; though on filling out the CSR form, their drop-down listed it as Ent still.

@mike_cts If you still see ENT instead of AI in the dropdown then it's probably a caching issue that can be resolved by logging out and in again.
