Hi All,

For a few days, we have been experiencing issues with push notifications on iOS with a 3CX Hosted version 20

The message is :
Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone 11 (Ext.***). Internal exception occurred: The response ended prematurely while waiting for the next frame from the server. (ResponseEnded)

People are reporting calls not reaching their mobiles. The Windows app will show a call, but the answer button is greyed out.
The ports below are open outbound
Port 5001 and 443 TCP
Port 5060 UDP/TCP
Port 5090 TCP
Port 5061 TCP
Port 9000-10999 UDP
Ports 2195/2196 TCP

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello, Can we clarify the deployment? You mention 3CX Hosted but the key associated with this post seems to be an on-prem machine.

If on-prem,
a) check the server time and
b) see if you can disable IPv6 if not otherwise needed, as it can on occasion interfere with PUSH.

Hi,

Sorry, deployment is on-prem, yes.
Server time is correct, ok I will try to disable IPv6 if possible.
The same error has appeared 6 times today not seen this problem on other systems before.
