Is there a way to remotely access the recordings folder so that it can be consumed directly by our call transcription model, which is hosted on a separate server?

At the moment, we have to manually download the recordings and then upload them to the Call QA system. Could you please advise on the available options for automating or streamlining this process?

You could archive them off somewhere and access them this way.

It depends on where the 3CX is installed. One solution has already been suggested; another would be to access it via SSH and copy the files, though that is not a supported solution.

You might also consider our 3CX Recording Manager tool. We provide the ability to automate the entire process AND "ask AI anything". We offer agent scoring, coaching, reporting, compressed archives, retention policies, improved diarization, and more.

There are far too many features to list here, but I encourage you to take a look. We offer 35+ tools that extend the capabilities of 3CX and our solution might end up a better value than trying to cobble together a solution that wasn't designed specifically for 3CX. Further, you bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Azure, etc.), so no marked-up per-transaction fees from us.

@Victor_Ke The best option is the remote archiving which will allow you to offload the recordings to a remote location and still accessible from the PBX.
