Hi all. Hopefully this is a fairly simple question ;) .

I have an MT system (v20u9) running on Azure with about 14 Users (4 "departments" + my "admin" dept). I am the System Owner and included in all other Depts.

I don't get the Monitor Connection Quality option on any extensions in the Team view, except for 1 extension (which is in the same dept as 3 other users).

Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed? I've compared the settings of the working one with all others and they appear identical.

I need to get this going so that I can diagnose a separate intermittent quality issue for one of the users.

Thanks.

Since you have created a support ticket, we will check the issue there.

I have the same issue but not on all instances. Most will show the full menu, only the last two PRO editions Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 995 Release - AI 1.4.48) will not show the option Monitor Connection Quality.
The older systems run same version build 995.

Work arround I have found is Impersonate a manager user. Then you can set monitor connection quality.

As per our TeamViewer session from the ticket, the option to enable the tool was there.
You need to scroll down in order to see it.
