AI Agents - Pricing about 100 calls a week?

Is the cost of the AI Agents cost effective for about 100 calls a week, maybe 1 min on the phone?

I hope it is cheaper then hiring a call center.

Anyone have any ideas?

The drop down for OpenAI Model for Real-Time Calls only allows me to choose, gpt-realtime-1.5
The prices for that show for Audio is $32.00 for Input and $64. for Output / Cost.
Is that per call?

No its for 1m token. How many tokens per minute i dont know.

Additionally, note that the actual models used are under the API configuration as below:

You should be spending around 10 tokens per second for audio input, and about 20 tokens per second for audio output.

Doing a quick calculation, each minute of conversation should be under USD 0.05.

Integrating with external tools requires MCP. That should be coming with a 3CX update soon. Not supported at this time.
