While it is great to see you providing solutions it is coming a tad late, for us at least. It has been literally years of you telling your customers to stop using the Desktop-App and us painstakingly transition thousands of users to an alternative.
I might be wrong on this but the most requested improvement for the softphone client would probably be the chat and UI functions, especially the ability to freely size the application or pop out the chat window so incoming calls don't mess up the message you are currently typing (this might have been resolved by the drafting update recently though).
