IP Address Blacklisted

Our WAN IP address for our ISP has been blacklisted.
I can't seem to get to /office/advanced/blacklist-ip in order to remove the entry.
I need 213.48.239.112 to be whitelisted.

For context, we plugged in 3 VoIP phones last night.
A volunteer then went home, and setup the Raspberry Pi which had been delivered to their house as an SBC.
They brought that to the centre today and plugged it in, but nothing worked.
We expected everything would work, but nothing did.
When we tried to login to the admin console, we couldn't and it says "An IP has been blacklisted".

SMB/Free accounts can't access the blacklist. I suggest disconnecting all four devices, and waiting the 24 hours. Then before reconnecting the phones factory reset them, and reinstall the SBC. Can one (or all) of the phones be router phones? (a.k.a. "connect directly") In that case no SBC is needed.

No, they are Grandstream GRP2612W phones, connected by PoE.
The SBC is a Raspberry Pi 5 4GB, with everything updated/upgraded last night, and the SBC installed last night (it was working from our volunteer's home connection).

It's annoying that we can't access the blacklist - or at least a quick way to request IPs get removed/whitelisted...
