    That is correct. I tried logging in with the email address and then the extension #, but told me incorrect credentials. Tried to do a password reset and gave the standard, if that email is registered on the system you will receive a password reset email. I have not received any such emails...

    How did you create the configuration file to import into the Patton gateway? There is a wizard I attempted to use, but it fails on the Save process and does not create the file needed.

    Well changed out the license, deleted V20 and rolled V18 on a local windows machine and voila it was a breeze to get working.

    Same here. Thought I lost my mind spinning up a new instance on a new computer for a client, so un-installed and re-installed a few times till I found this thread with the exact same issue. Hopefully it is resolved soon enough.
