    Ok got it figured out finally I compared the ip address from my old server to my new one, cmexternal was pointing to the dhcp ip address when I configured the server. I changed that to the static given to the phone server within our network everything functions.

    Hello, I setup 911 dialed notifications. They work for the 1st group listed in the notifications box but not the second. I have it set to send email to [email protected], [email protected] but only [email protected] gets the notifications.

    Hello, I have multiple locations with one sip trunk running the system. We had someone dial 911 from one of the other locations. The police showed up at the main location. How do I set it up so they know based on a extension called to go to that location.
