    Hi optfinity, I am having a similar issue accept that it is about every two days. However, even after a restart it does not bring back the audio. The only thing that works is to restore from the backup the day before. Only then does it start to work again. Alexander

    If you are seeing the phone in 3CX PHONES tab, then select the phone and then select "Assign To Extension", then select the extension from the list you want to assign to the phone and then save. After a few moments, the phone should be assigned to the extension. Alexander
