    when v9 was released I updated to v9. now that sp1 is released when i go into managment console and click on Service Packs/updates I see: Version 8 Updates 13357 and its greyed out. no other updates for ver 9. Its as if it thinks im still on 8. any ideas?

    I have 3cx setup to go to my digital receptionist where she speaks "press 1 for sales" etc. If i press 1, i hear "please hold while we transfer your call" (the default prompt) but then there is no ringing or music to let that caller know they are being transferred. is there a setting i missed...

    Hi guys, Just installed 3CX today and must say it was amazingly easy to do (ex-astrisk user now :D ) I'd like to have my extension set so if the caller gets my voicemail, if they press 9, it will call my cell phone. Is this possible?
