    IMHO there is no global setting, you can just specify it per extension, with max of 15/extension. I've you to block only a few CID, you possible can direct edit it in the database for each extension. But this will not be supported by 3CX, but possible will be a reasonable fix for you.

    3CXPhone runs almost fine on HTC Desire (Android 2.1) registered to 3CX V8 over 3G. But if a call arrives it just display it's own extension, in my case "41" instead of the remote extension or CID. Have others the same issue or is it possible that I've a configuration error?

    If your server does not require authentication you can just enter your outgoing mailserver(smtp.intermedia.net). If authentication is needed just fill out username and password.
